It is a traditional Moroccan clay pot
It stores the cooking steam at its cone-shaped cover.
It used to cook and serve meat, Chicken and Fish
I love it if it’s with fish or chicken
With Mediterranean fish it’s so delicious
When I didn’t find Mediterranean fish, I tried it with fish steaks such as swordfish or shark wow!!! It’s yummy
When your hand takes a knife and cut red and green peppers
Those are so slightly crunchy
It is scrumptious
When you add large ripe tomatoes peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
And boiling potatoes it looks like multicolor garden.
Now merge the crushed garlicwith onion until the onionis the color of gold.
Then, put every thing in the Tajin and add two spoons of olive oil, black pepper and salt
and place it on the stove, then put its cone-shaped cover
for all Aromatic flavor that results from capturing the steam
and juices from all the foods trapped in the tagin
After all vegetables and fish cooked on a light temperature
Serve the dish in the tajin and
Without fork or spoon, try to eat it with your fingers in Moroccan way
Deep the pieces of bread in the sauce of the fish and vegetables
Be careful, you may eat your fingers because it’s a mouthwatering
